Insulating tape for energy storage/power battery

The blue film is used for the external protection of aluminum cases in energy storage/power batteries. The product adopts a double-layer polyester film composite structure and is coated with a temperature-resistant high-tack acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. 
The inner blue film is made of polyester film as the substrate, coated with electrolyte-resistant acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. It is used for the internal separator of energy storage/power batteries, the fixation and bonding of Mylar film, and the insulation and protection of electrodes.

Outer blue film

Using polyimide film as the substrate, a high-performance pressure-sensitive adhesive is coated. It is used for insulating and protecting the pole pieces and tabs of cylindrical lithium batteries.

Cylindrical battery expansion/swelling tape

Used for the separator wrapping of cylindrical lithium-ion batteries with high power density. The tape expands in the electrolyte, filling the gap between the cell and the steel casing, solving issues such as battery short circuits and tab welding failure caused by internal cell vibration.

The expansion rate in the electrolyte is high, reaching up to 300% for the OPS type; the TPU type is suitable for high-temperature processes, expanding uniformly and not dissolving in the electrolyte; it has good storage stability and smooth automated processes.

High-temperature resistant adhesive tape

Used for the fixed bonding of engineering plastics such as ABS and PC, as well as profiles such as aerogels, it maintains excellent adhesion under high temperature/high humidity conditions, and the removal of adhesive tape avoids the generation of residual adhesive.
