The electrolysis-resistant insulating tape is made of polyester coated with electrolysis-resistant acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. It is used for insulating protection of positive and negative electrode sheets and termination areas of lithium batteries.

The blue film is used for the external protection of aluminum cases in energy storage/power batteries. The product adopts a double-layer polyester film composite structure and is coated with a temperature-resistant high-tack acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive.

Used for the separator wrapping of cylindrical lithium-ion batteries with high power density. The tape expands in the electrolyte, filling the gap between the cell and the steel casing, solving issues such as battery short circuits and tab welding failure caused by internal cell vibration.
The expansion rate in the electrolyte is high, reaching up to 300% for the OPS type; the TPU type is suitable for high-temperature processes, expanding uniformly and not dissolving in the electrolyte; it has good storage stability and smooth automated processes.
